Kolber, a native of Pennsylvania has earned her master's degree from the University of Miami. Kolber's career began in New York City as a CBS Sports video coordinator. She was awarded an award for a regional Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV located in Miami. She was also employed by WPLG-TV in Miami as well as WPEC-TV which is located in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 1993 she was chosen to anchor the first season of ESPN2's launch. She was with ESPN2 from 1993 to 1999 prior to moving on to Fox Sports. Then she returned back to ESPN in 1999 and hosts Monday Night Countdown.
