Alinity Divine
Alinity is listed in the complaint made against Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch participant who filed an action against Twitch seeking damages that amount to $25 million. The user claimed the platform exposed him sexually explicit videos by female streamers. Dexerto discovered court records that show the plaintiff who previously sued Microsoft Sony Nintendo Blizzard along with Blizzard was the one who made a formal complaint the 15th of June. Twitch received an official summons from the court on the 19th of June. Estavillo, according to the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint has a range health issues which force the user to solely rely on the internet to entertain himself. He is also suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder as well as an addiction to drugs and alcohol. In the suit, Twitch makes these issues worse. In the case of the complaint "the female streamers remain exposed to Twitch viewers that just want to be entertained by watching people play video games, but instead are subjected to sexually addictive content and contents on a constant as well as on a regular schedule." Alinity is not included. The complaint calls for all streamers mentioned above to be banned permanently from Twitch because they violated the Terms of Service. Additionally, it wants to pay an amount of $25 million as compensation which will "be divided equally among the plaintiff and other Twitch Turbo subscribers, as well as the remaining funds."
