Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in St. Louis in Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her with a degree cum laude in Theatre and Communication. After moving to Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theatre arts, acting as well as choreographing over a dozen musical and stage productions like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly started landing TV as well as film roles, while she continued to study in improvisation and with The Groundlings. She also became a member of Theatre West. Her distinctive voice and small height has let her take on a wide variety of characters. She was known to the people for her character of the villainous Samara as Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. In reality her most well-known role is as the cheerful and bright receptionist who worked at Two and a Half Men. Between 2011 and 2015, Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party night hopper as a Series regular for The TV Land show The Exes. Additionally she appeared as a Regular on ABC Romantically Challenged where she was the charming sassy younger sister of Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mom who's stressed in CW No Tomorrow. She sang in soprano for various cartoons like Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. In the last few years, she has been known as the dim, but lovable Cloud 9 employee on NBC's hit comedy Superstore. She lives a quiet life that's quite quiet with two children under the age of five. She is a lover of sewing and writes and is a volunteer for various school functions.
